We give our couples the flexibility to create their own experience which includes assembling your dream team of vendors, provided those outside vendors fulfill our requirements and are approved by our team.

Please note that we require all clients to select a bartending company from our preferred bartending list, but you are still allowed to bring in your own alcohol which is a huge selling point for many of our couples.

The Property

THE venue

All the winding, tree-lined roads on the Dos Palomas Ranch property lead to its heart, The Venue. A timeless yet modern entertainment space, The Venue has a 250-person capacity with an open floor plan and adjacent outdoor space lending itself to imaginative possibilities.

THE BLUFF

Nestled amongst nature, outdoor ceremonies are a specialty at Dos Palomas Ranch. The Bluff is our main ceremony site overlooking the idyllic Texas Hill Country skyline with the trickling waters of the Guadalupe River directly below.

THE GREENHOUSE

The Greenhouse is the exclusive gem of Dos Palomas Ranch, a unique space to be used for intimate gatherings or as the backdrop of your beautiful ceremony. With large window panes framed by restoration-inspired wood siding, this cozy greenhouse celebrates the unique light and vibes of the Texas Hill Country.

THE RIVERFRONT

The Riverfront provides the perfect picturesque setting for your unforgettable wedding portraits. The river, the hills, the trees, the translucent Texas light — together they perfectly showcase the magic of Dos Palomas Ranch.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

FOR ALL OUR COUPLES,

EVENT RENTAL INCLUDES:

  • 14 hour rental period from 10am-12am (clean up must be completed by midnight)

  • Capacity for up to 250 guests

  • Approximately 7,000 square feet including a large, covered outdoor patio

  • Multiple ceremony site options with additional flexibility

  • One hour of rehearsal time the day before your event (if we have the day before available which we discuss at your final walkthrough)

  • 2 hour on-site engagement photos or bridal portraits (full-day rental only)

  • Bridal Suite with chandeliers, vaulted ceilings, and ample natural lighting

  • Grooms Suite equipped with all the necessities for an ideal bro's day

  • Venue manager onsite at all times

  • Custom table layout, fully personalized to your specific needs

  • Set up and clean up of included venue amenities and purchased add-on options

  • Onsite paved parking with handicapped spaces

  • Large collection of round or rectangular tables and black cross-back chairs to ensure you have ample seating both inside and outside

    Our rental fees range from $7,500 to $10,000.

Our Story

Dos Palomas — which means “two doves” in Spanish — began as a dream inspired by the gorgeous landscape native to the Guadalupe River valley in which the property lies.

Family owned and operated by the three Wheeler siblings, Dos Palomas Ranch is the culmination of our combined passions and talents:

Madalynn’s custom wedding cakes and interior design background, Alexa’s marketing and PR background, and Hunter’s culinary career and construction background.

Faqs

What is the maximum number of people The Venue can accommodate?

The Venue can accommodate up to 250 guests. This number is inclusive of a rainy day weather scenario. For more information on capacity options or inclement weather options, please contact us.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer an active duty military and first responder (firefighter, police/sheriff, and EMS) discount of $500 per couple as long as at least one person getting married currently serves. We also offer discounts for dates that are still available six months out. For more information regarding our rates, please contact us.

Do you provide linens or any tableware?

At this time, we do not provide linens or tableware. Contact us for vendor recommendations.

Is a wedding planner included in your rental package and/or required?

At this time, we do not include a wedding planner in our packages. However, a venue manager is on site throughout your event. At a minimum, Dos Palomas Ranch requires all wedding clients to secure the services of a “partial” wedding planner. The wedding planner must have a legit business and cannot be a family member or friend. The wedding planner must be present for your final walk-through (approximately 30 days before your wedding) and on your wedding day. "Day-of" wedding planning services are not allowed. Contact us for wedding planner recommendations.

Can I use vendors who are not on your preferred vendor list?

Yes, we are currently open to outside vendors; the only exception is for bartending services. You must choose from our preferred bartending companies. All outside vendors must be pre-approved at least 90 days prior to your event. A complete list of our favorite vendors will be provided at the time of booking.

Can I provide my own alcohol?

Clients are permitted to bring their own beer, wine, and/or hard alcohol, provided it is served by one of our pre-selected bartending companies. Dos Palomas Ranch does not provide bar or catering services at this time.
